“Istanbuler Texte und Studien” (ITS) 2003 yılından bu yana Ergon Yayınevi, Würzburg tarafından yayımlanan bir dizidir. ITS’de çoğunlukla Orient-Institut çalışanlarının veya Orient-Institut veya projeler ile bağlantılı yazar ya da yayıncıların kitapları yayımlanmaktadır. Üç yıllık bir sürenin sonunda kitaplar Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek Sachen-Anhalt’ın serverinde açık erişimli e-kitap olarak ücretsiz kullanıma sunuluyor. Kurum dışından yazarların kitaplarının yayımlanması söz konusu olduğunda kalitenin garanti edilebilmesi amacıyla dışardan en az bir uzman raporu alınıyor.
